On my way home I happened across a scene reminiscent of farming in the early days of Cache Valley – a team of horses pulling a plow up and down a field. There are a few farms in the valley that occasionally use horse drawn machinery in the fields, but it’s been some time since I had been a witness.
Except for the steel barns in the background and ball cap of the driver, it could have been a picture from the archives at USU. I stopped to make some pictures and finished them with an old fashioned photo technique:
