After a day of valley rain that occasionally tried to become snow, the clouds lifted in time for sunset. I’m glad I happened to notice while there was still time to get to the edge of town to make a picture.
When the Wellsville’s appear after a winter storm it is a beautiful sight. I love the contrast between the dark of the trees and the white blanket of snow. A panorama shot seemed to be in order, to catch the glow of the setting sun spreading across the sky from above the Junction Hills to the Wellsville’s:
